MAPLE MACHINE (MPM tek) was established in 2006. Since 2009, MPM tek commences to R&D and manufacture the POWDER COATING TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT (machines and production lines) professionally.

MPM tek owns a high-level engineering team who masters advanced technology and design theory of PRE-MIXER, EXTRUDER, ACM GRINDING SYSTEM, POST-MIXER, and POWDER COATING PROCESSING LINE.

The Design and Construction of Product of MPM tek, such as MIXER, EXTRUDER, COOLING BAND and ACM MICRO-GRINDING SYSTEM, are in conformity with European Directives (LOW VOLTAGE 2006/95/EC and MACHINES 2006/42/EC), and have been obtained CE MARK.

MPM tek provides the PRESSURE SHOCK RESISTANT TO 11 bar (PSR11) ACM MICRO-GRINDING SYSTEM designed and manufactured according to the STANDARDS ON 《PRESSURE SHOCK RESISTANT VESSELS AND APPARATUES》 AND《PRESSURE VENTING OF DUST EXPLOSION》of both GB and EN.

● Planning and designing powder coating manufacture plant and production lines according to the requirement of customer.

● Model selection of equipment (for production and lab).

● Formulas technique and processing technology of powder coatings.

● Design of TIA automatic control system.

● Training for installation, commission, production-operation, maintenance and testing technique of quality control in lab.

CONTROL SYSTEM

Control system is a TIA (Total Integrated Automation) system, which composed of PLC as controlling core, HMI as operation and display interface, frequency converter and other electric elements as executing components. The control function includes: processing control of powder coating production, the data library of processing parameters of various formulation of powder coatings is established in the system, which could modify, store and recall, operating status monitor and displaying on the class and level of alarm and its handling directions, safety protection.

PLC of series S7-1200/1500(SIEMENS), HMI Touch Panel of series SIMATIC Comfort (SIEMENS), frequency converters from SIEMENS or ABB, low voltage elements from SCHNEIDER/ABB/OMRON are applied to design and compose the control system. Manufacturer or brand of control elements could be also selected according to designation of customer.

Advanced Control Function

● “ONE TOUCH START/STOP” function is applied to MIXER, EXTRUDER, COOLING CRUSHER, MICRO-GRINDING SYSTEM, AUTOMATIC WEIGHING & PACKING EQUIPMENT and even FULL POWDER COATINGS PRODUCTION LINE.

● MEMORY and STATISTIC of ENERGY CONSUMPTION Function provides important information of energy saving to the managing of powder coatings manufacturer.

● Processing parameters of various formulations can be memorized, stored, modified in data library and be recalled to produce powder coatings correspondingly.

● Operating status monitor, displaying on the class and level of alarm and its handling directions.

● The running status, processing parameters and faults of production equipments and lines could be monitored by the production controller in office terminal or mobile terminal.

● Authority management on operators.

● Remote online service.
